ARIVAA currently ships across India.
For international or export orders, customers may contact us directly for assistance.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the provided shipping address.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Customers may choose: Full Refund, or Lifetime Store Credit.
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days.
Orders that have entered manufacturing or dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation. - Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within the timeline mentioned in our Exchange Policy.
Refund requests are accepted only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
