EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, invoice, certificates (if applicable), and any complimentary items received.
• The jewellery must not show any signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, you may choose:

Another ARIVAA jewellery piece of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be payable), or Lifetime Store Credit, which can be redeemed against any future purchase on ARIVAA.

Please note that jewellery exchanged once will not be eligible for another exchange or refund.
