EXCHANGE & BUYBACK POLICY
At ARIVAA, we believe your jewellery should evolve with you. Our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy gives you the flexibility to exchange, upgrade, or sell back your eligible ARIVAA jewellery, subject to our quality and authenticity checks.
1. LIFETIME EXCHANGE & BUYBACK
Our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback facility is applicable to eligible ARIVAA jewellery purchased in India.
All exchange and buyback requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance Team. The jewellery must be free from damage, excessive wear and tear, resizing, alteration, repair, or any form of modification.
The decision of ARIVAA’s Quality Assurance Team regarding the eligibility of a product shall be final and binding.
2. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
For a Lifetime Exchange or Buyback request, the following may be required:
Original ARIVAA jewellery
Original or copy of the purchase invoice
Product certificate, if applicable
Warranty card, if applicable
Valid government-issued ID proof, where required for the transaction
3. EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Once the jewellery successfully passes our quality inspection, you may:
Exchange it for another eligible ARIVAA jewellery piece.
Upgrade to a higher-value piece by paying the applicable price difference.
The exchange value will be determined based on ARIVAA’s prevailing exchange terms and the product’s condition at the time of evaluation.
4. BUYBACK
Eligible ARIVAA diamond jewellery may be sold back to ARIVAA under our Lifetime Buyback facility.
The buyback value will be determined after evaluating the jewellery for its authenticity, condition, specifications, and applicable prevailing valuation at the time of the request.
The final buyback value offered by ARIVAA shall be communicated after the quality assessment.
5. SHIPPING & INSPECTION
If the jewellery needs to be shipped to ARIVAA:
Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging, preferably with additional protective wrapping, to prevent damage during transit.
ARIVAA may provide or recommend a secure shipping method or partner for the shipment.
Once received, the jewellery will undergo a detailed inspection by our Quality Assurance Team.
Any damage caused due to inadequate packaging or transit may affect the eligibility or valuation of the exchange or buyback.
6. NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback may not be applicable to:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Engraved or made-to-order pieces
Jewellery that has been resized, altered, repaired, or modified
Jewellery showing signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear and tear
Promotional, complimentary, or otherwise excluded products
7. IMPORTANT NOTE
Jewellery that has been exchanged once under ARIVAA’s exchange policy will not be eligible for another exchange or refund under the same transaction.
All Lifetime Exchange & Buyback requests are subject to ARIVAA’s prevailing terms, quality assessment, and eligibility criteria at the time of the request.
